1. Data controller
The controller is Solaris Code SL, Tenerife, Spain, provider of the FilmOps service. For privacy requests: support@filmops.app.
2. Data processed
We may process identification and contact data, company and tax information, billing data, subscription information, support requests and technical data required for the security and operation of the service.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- managing quotes, purchases, licences, onboarding and support;
- performing the contract and complying with accounting or tax obligations;
- security, abuse prevention and operational continuity;
- commercial communications only when permitted or requested.
The legal bases are performance of the contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in security and service management and, where required, consent.
4. Providers and recipients
Data may be processed by providers supporting payments, hosting, communications and support. Stripe handles payment under its own privacy notice. Providers receive only the data required for the service entrusted to them.
5. Transfers and retention
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, safeguards required by applicable law are used. Data is retained for the duration required by the contractual relationship, legal obligations and the management of potential disputes, then deleted or anonymised.
6. Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection and withdraw consent where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
7. Cookies and security
The website uses technical technologies required for operation. Any non-essential tools will be enabled only in the manner required by law. We apply proportionate technical and organisational measures to protect data and accounts.
