The product story
FilmOps did not begin as a theoretical project. Its story started inside an operating business, solving quotes, jobs, materials, people and documents every day. This is the complete journey from the first internal platform to today’s multitenant system.
FilmOps activities can now be viewed in the smartphone calendar, under a dedicated calendar named after the company. Administration tools for leave, documents and foreign invoices have also expanded.
A foreign invoice can be imported directly into the CRM. FilmOps reads the document, suggests supplier and amount data, handles euros, US dollars and pounds with the reference exchange rate, and prepares a self-invoice draft in Fatture in Cloud. The original remains archived by supplier and month.
Receipts, expenses, deals and archives now take fewer steps. Corporate-card documents enter the right workflow and deals can be closed with either automatic or manual invoicing.
Every employee gets a private profile for personal data, documents, training and deadlines. Onboarding collects initial details and delivers role-based duties, policies and contracts.
Attendance, holidays and leave requests now share one view. The communications register connects outbound messages and conversations, while email and WhatsApp follow tenant identities and permissions.
The operator app is clearer and more reliable. Managers and operators can review priorities, expenses, documents and jobs more easily, while commercial contacts retain proper ownership.
FilmOps brings together leads, forms, surveys, quotes, signatures, jobs, post-sale documents, expenses and inventory. Each business works in its own isolated, branded environment, also available on mobile.
What was learned in daily operations is redesigned as a white-label, multitenant architecture. Isolated environments, company-level configuration, multiple languages and operator apps make the system ready for different organisations.
Real-world use turns the first CRM into a complete operating system. Attendance, expenses, corporate cards, employee documents, digital signatures, communications and mobile activities join the commercial workflow.
It begins with the need to connect work that previously lived in separate tools. Contacts, surveys, quotes, orders, jobs, inventory and documents become one workflow designed for window-film installation teams.
Between releases we keep improving speed, readability, mobile stability, accessibility, security and tenant data isolation. Small fixes are not listed one by one, but are included in every release.
