1. Professional scope
FilmOps is a software service intended for businesses and professionals. The person completing the purchase confirms that they are authorised to act on behalf of the organisation specified at Checkout.
2. Subscription, prices and renewal
While online sales are suspended, prices published on the website are informational and activation takes place only after an accepted order or quote. When Checkout becomes available, it will show the plan, billing period and price before payment. Prices exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. Team and Business include a one-off standard activation fee of €500; subscriptions will renew for the selected billing period until cancelled.
3. Activation and licence
After payment is confirmed, FilmOps starts onboarding and prepares the company workspace. The licence is limited to the customer organisation and the maximum number of users included in the plan. Credentials and access may not be resold or shared with parties outside the organisation.
4. Customer obligations
The customer must keep account data accurate, protect credentials, use the service lawfully and hold the necessary rights to the data entered. Unauthorised access, technical interference, circumvention of limits and unlawful use are prohibited.
5. Billing and cancellation
While online sales are suspended, the website does not collect payments. Once enabled, payments and payment methods will be managed through Stripe and customers will be able to update billing details or cancel from the customer portal. Unless otherwise agreed, cancellation will take effect at the end of the period already paid for.
6. Service, support and changes
FilmOps is continuously maintained and developed, and features may change when necessary for security, compliance or product improvement. Material changes affecting the purchased service will be communicated with reasonable notice.
7. Intellectual property, licence and restrictions
FilmOps and all related elements, including source and object code, architecture, interfaces, graphics, expressive elements of workflows, templates, documentation, demo content, databases, trademarks, logos and know-how, are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of their respective owners or licensors. The agreement transfers no ownership rights in the software to the customer.
For the subscription term and within the purchased plan, the customer receives only a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable professional right of use for its internal business activities. Without written authorisation, the customer may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, translate, license or sublicense, rent, resell, make available to third parties or create derivative works from the software, documentation or FilmOps materials.
The customer must not perform or attempt reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, reconstruction of source code or technical structure, circumvention of protections or licence limits, unauthorised systematic extraction of data or content, or use access to FilmOps, its documentation or demo materials to develop, train, evaluate or improve a competing or substantially equivalent product or service. Unauthorised reproduction of expressive interface elements, templates, documentation and demo content is also prohibited.
These restrictions apply to the extent permitted by law and do not limit rights that cannot be excluded by contract, including acts strictly necessary for interoperability where all conditions under applicable law are met. The customer retains all rights in its own data and authorises its processing only to provide, protect and support the service.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, each party is liable for direct damage caused by its own breach. Liabilities that cannot legally be excluded and any specific agreements in an order or signed contract remain unaffected.
9. Governing law and contact
Spanish law applies, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that may apply. For contractual questions or support: support@filmops.app.
