Terms of Service

These terms govern the professional purchase and use of the FilmOps software supplied by Solaris Code SL.

Last updated: 28 July 2026

1. Professional scope

FilmOps is a software service intended for businesses and professionals. The person completing the purchase confirms that they are authorised to act on behalf of the organisation specified at Checkout.

2. Subscription, prices and renewal

The plan, billing period and price are those shown in Stripe Checkout. Prices exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. Team and Business include a one-off standard activation fee of €500. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until cancelled.

3. Activation and licence

After payment is confirmed, FilmOps starts onboarding and prepares the company workspace. The licence is limited to the customer organisation and the maximum number of users included in the plan. Credentials and access may not be resold or shared with parties outside the organisation.

4. Customer obligations

The customer must keep account data accurate, protect credentials, use the service lawfully and hold the necessary rights to the data entered. Unauthorised access, technical interference, circumvention of limits and unlawful use are prohibited.

5. Billing and cancellation

Payments and payment methods are managed through Stripe. The customer can update billing details and cancel the subscription from the customer portal. Unless otherwise agreed, cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.

6. Service, support and changes

Solaris Code SL maintains and develops FilmOps and may change features when necessary for security, compliance or product improvement. Material changes affecting the purchased service will be communicated with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual property and data

FilmOps, its software and related trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. The customer retains rights to its data and authorises its processing only to provide, protect and support the service.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, each party is liable for direct damage caused by its own breach. Liabilities that cannot legally be excluded and any specific agreements in an order or signed contract remain unaffected.

9. Governing law and contact

Spanish law applies, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that may apply. For contractual questions or support: support@filmops.app.
